When people hear how remote Westcliffe is from the rest of the world they always ask why we want to move to such a remote location.

They (whoever "they" are) say that a picture is worth a thousand words. These images tell a heckuva story. This one to the left shows a typical early dawn view of the Sangres from the homesite.

This is one of many rainstorms that randomly come and go during the summer.

Most of the pictures so far are looking toward the Sangres. This is a view looking the other direction from the bottom of the street.
